La Colombe has been ranked 76th Best Restaurant in the World by The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards.
It is the third time that La Colombe has made it onto the prestigious list. This is the first time that La Colombe has made the Top 100 list under the leadership of Chef Scot Kirton. The restaurant moved from Constantia Uitsig to Silvermist Wine Estate in August 2014. A steady climb up the Top 100 list is predicted for the restaurant, Chef Scot having been recognised as Top Chef in South Africa at the Eat Out Awards 2015. The new venue with sweeping views of the Constantia Valley, Hout Bay and the restaurants very own organic gardens is the perfect venue for Chef Scot to weave his magic and treat guests to unexpected delights.
